Wear comfortable clothing, bring socks to keep your feet warm. Put your phone on airplane mode to avoid distractions during the session. Please avoid strong perfumes or colognes.
After a session, you may feel deeply relaxed, quiet, reflective, or simply more at ease. If possible, allow yourself a gentle remainder of the day with minimal demands. Giving yourself this space can help you gradually integrate the experience rather than immediately returning to a busy pace. Drink plenty of water, rest as needed, and allow whatever you notice to unfold naturally.
Each session is unique, and your experience of each session may be very different. You are invited to remain open to whatever unfolds without expectation.
